- For Express and Overnight Shipping, orders received before 11am EST will be shipped the same business day.
- Orders received after 11am EST will ship the next business day.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
- UPS does not deliver on Saturday or Sunday, and these days are not included when estimating delivery time.
- If you place an order on Saturday or Sunday, your in-stock order will not ship out until the next business day (excluding holidays).
- Orders of $500 or more may require a signature at time of delivery.
- Orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will ship via UPS.
- UPS does not deliver on select holidays, and those dates are not included in delivery estimates.
- Any issues with the delivery of your order must be reported within 14 days of the ship date. aquatalia.com cannot be responsible for packages after that time.
