Returns & exchanges

With all developments regarding the coronavirus (COVID-19), we've extended our return policy. In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase.

All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. To avoid damage, we recommend trying footwear on carpeted areas. Aquatalia reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns of damaged or worn items.

Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit. Aquatalia is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account.

Price adjustments are permitted only when an item has been marked down. The price adjustment must be made within 14 days of the purchase. The item and original receipt must accompany the request.
