Returns & exchanges

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase. To start a return or exchange, click below to enter our self-service Returns Portal.

All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. To avoid damage, we recommend trying footwear on carpeted areas. Aquatalia reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns of damaged or worn items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

As of June 1st, 2023, price adjustments are eligible on full-priced purchases only and must be requested within 10 days of your order shipped date. The adjusted price will be reduced to the current price on the day of the request. Select items from Flash Sales, Daily Sales, and the Big Reveal are NOT eligible for price adjustments. To be notified of when promotions begin and end, sign up to receive emails and texts from Aquatalia.

Price adjustments on already reduced styles are limited to VIP Reward members in our Platinum and Diamond levels. Please log-in to your loyalty account to view your status.


Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment upon your return being delivered to our warehouse. Once your return has been processed, please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be issued. If you have not received your refund in the time described, please allow up to 30 days for your banking company to process your credit or contact them for more details. Aquatalia is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account.


If you choose to exchange your item(s), please follow the packing instructions and ship your old item(s) within 7 days. Once your return has been scanned as “In Transit” by the carrier, your new item will begin processing.

What is an Instant Exchange?

An instant exchange allows your new item to ship immediately upon submission. We will charge your card with a $1 hold while you prepare and ship your returned items.


During the return process, you made be offered the option to Shop Now for a new product rather than return your order. If you choose to Shop Now, you may receive an additional use-it-or-lose-it bonus credit to use on your new item. After placing your new item order, please return the original item accordingly.


While processing a return via the Returns Portal, you may opt to receive a store/return credit. Select returns may be eligible for an additional 5% bonus of your return value (up to $50). This credit will be delivered in the form of a gift card, which you can use at a later time on Your gift card will be emailed once your return item has been scanned as “In Transit”.


Select items marked “Final Sale” at the time of purchase on our website are ineligible for a refund or store credit. Exchanges can be made on these items through our Returns Portal. If issues arise while creating an exchange, please contact our Customer Service Team at or 866-217-1480.
