Returns & exchanges

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase.

All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition. To avoid damage, we recommend trying footwear on carpeted areas. Aquatalia reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns of damaged or worn items. Shipping charges are not refundable.

As of December 1st, 2022, price adjustments must be requested within 10 days of your order shipment date. The adjusted price will be reduced to the current price on the day of the request. Select items from Flash Sales, Daily Sales, and the Big Reveal are not eligible for price adjustments. To be notified of when promotions begin and end, sign up to receive emails and texts from Aquatalia.


Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment. Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit. Aquatalia is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account.


While processing a return via the Returns Center, you may be offered an Instant Credit code along with a prepaid shipping label. If you do receive a code, you can use this Credit to buy something new without having to wait for your return refund. Once we receive your original item(s), we'll deactivate any unused Credit and refund the outstanding balance back to your original payment method.

You'll use your Instant Credit code at checkout, similar to a gift card. The Credit amount will be for the amount of the items being returned. If you use Credit and the price of the new order is less than your Credit amount, you will be refunded the remaining amount to your original payment method.

Instant Credit comes with no strings attached. Any unused portion of the Credit will be refunded back to your original payment method.


Select times marked final sale are ineligible for a refund or store credit. Exchanges can be made on a case by case basis and based on product availability. To exchange a final sale item, please contact our Customer Service team for further assistance.
