If you have difficult feet but still like to wear pretty things, I recommend trying these. I am small-boned with very high insteps and wide balls (of my feet, obv.) and I have a lot of trouble finding work-appropriate shoes that don't look frumpy and that actually stay on my feet. I think these are the ones, though! They're wide enough for the balls of my feet while still looking sleek, and not being too loose in the back. The substantial vamp means they fit snugly, unlike a lot of other delicate looking flats that feel like they're always about to fall off. The elastic means that the upper material isn't digging or pressing down into the bridge of the foot, despite the fact that my bridge is quite steep (bc of the high arch).
The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is that I find the shape of the toe is a little awkward and lends itself to occasional clumsiness. It's because the narrow end of the toe box extends about a centimetre beyond the toes, meaning that your feet can't feel the full length of the shoe and your brain underestimates how much space you're taking up. I realise the narrowness is kind of the point- as I say above, these are trying to be wide without sacrificing sleekness - but if there were some way to make the toe area a bit more fluid, that would be great.
