Returns & Exchanges

In the event that you are unhappy with your purchase from either Aquatalia.com or our retail store, we will gladly accept a return within 30 days of purchase. 

All returned merchandise must be in new and unused condition.  To avoid damage, we recommend trying footwear on carpeted areas.  Aquatalia reserves the right to refuse any unauthorized returns of damaged or worn items.

Refunds will be processed in their original form of payment.  Please allow up to 30 days for your credit card company to process your credit.  Aquatalia is not responsible for any open balances, overdraft fees, services charges, or interest charges resulting from the timing of charges and/or credits to your account. 

Final Sale merchandise is not returnable or exchangeable.  Shipping charges are not refundable. 

To process your free return:

  • Download the U.S. Return Form and follow the step-by-step instructions
  • Pack items securely in original product packaging
  • Complete, process, and print your prepaid return label
  • Affix prepaid UPS label to the shipping box and retain bottom portion of the label with tracking number
  • Take your package to a UPS location. You can find your closest UPS location at ups.com/dropoff

If you opt to not use our free prepaid UPS shipping, your return charges must be prepaid as we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries.

Exchanges

We are unable to automatically process exchanges at this time. To exchange an item, please return the item you do not want and place a new order on Aquatalia.com.

Price Adjustments

Price adjustments are permitted only when an item has been marked down. The price adjustment must be made within 14 days of the purchase. The item and original receipt must accompany the request.
